Sanhao Rubber is committed to continuous improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes. Our two self-built factories are equipped with approximately 40 molding machines, including vacuum hot press machines, rubber injection molding machines, cold runner injection molding machines, solid silicone injection molding machines, plastic injection molding machines, TPE calendering machines, and PU casting machines. We also maintain a comprehensive suite of inspection equipment for dimensions, tensile strength, hardness, and more, complemented by AI visual inspection systems to further enhance quality assurance.

Our facilities are designed for flexibility and efficiency, supporting a wide range of production needs:

Mold Department: We offer 3D and 2D mold development and drawing, utilizing two CNC machines (with accuracy of ± 1) and a precision discharge machine. All key processes, including hot pressing, injection, and ejection, are managed in-house, ensuring high production stability and adaptability.
On-site Molding Division: Equipped with hot presses, UR robots, cold runner injection machines, and 6-axis robots, we maintain a steady and effective production mode capable of handling large volumes.
